Founder, CEO & Fashion Director
Milaya Noceda is the Founder, CEO, and Fashion Director behind VOV. Driven by a passion for style and a deep understanding of consumer trends, she has spent over 10 years building expertise across fashion styling, luxury retail, and brand strategy. A graduate of FIDM Los Angeles, Milaya's career includes serving as the first in-house Wardrobe Stylist for YOUNGLA and driving millions of dollars in sales as a Private Client Stylist at FARFETCH. Today, she brings that experience to VOV, leading the brand's creative vision and fashion direction.
